Julian Smith

Julian has owned and operated several businesses in the Food and Beverage sector; including a vending technology Company subsequently acquired by CH&Co.

He built and developed an Intelligent Fridge start-up business, enabling customers to tap, grab their shopping, and go without queuing at check-outs.

Julian recognised EBar’s huge potential to solve the problems of queuing for a beer at busy stadia and music festivals. He made contact with EBar and finding that there was a natural fit of values and experience, he joined in December 2023 to develop and accelerate EBar business opportunities.

Outside of work, Julian practices hot yoga, and meditation, and enjoys country dog walks. He also volunteers as a mentor to sixth form college Business Students.
