Nicki is originally from Liverpool. After gaining her HND, she started her career within the Hospitality and Event Catering World.

Nicki was Operations Manager for Compass Group at Aintree Racecourse, home of the Grand National for 6 years, heading up the race day and non-race day hospitality operations.

Nicki relocated to York in 2007, continuing her career in events working freelance at racecourses and football grounds in the North, before going onto take the position of Operations Manager and then Head of Operations at Leeds United FC in 2013. In 2016 Nicki made the decision to go freelance again to allow her to care for a family member.

During this time she worked for Middlesbrough FC, Oldham Athletic FC and beer tech company, Beerjet. In 2019 Nicki returned to full time work at Headingley Stadium as Operations Manager and then in 2020, she was part of the team that opened one of the first COVID 19 Testing Sites, which she then went on to manage. Nicki joined EBar in 2022.

As the Account Manager for EBar, she is responsible for organising all the mobile deployments with EBar’s customers. She loves that she still gets to go out and support the Operations Team on event days and see the look of joy on customers’ faces when they use the EBars!

Outside of work, Nicki loves walking with her labrador, Ollie, and enjoys a day at the races!
